Review: Mumbai Meri Jaan

Really one word OUTSTANDING. This is a real masterpiece well scripted by Yogesh Vinayak Joshi and equally well directed by Nishikant Kamat. I say this is a master piece bexause it has all the ingredients to win many awards at the national academy awards. It is not about terrorism nor about any police criminal raids and racket. Its purely about the spirit of mumbai. Soha Ali Khan looks beautiful as usual. But from acting point of view everyone is awesome. From start Irfan Khan looks like himself though his dialouges are a treat and this movie surely lacking some of them. K K Menon is superb and i liked his scenes the most especially the one in whcih he meets yousuf at the end. Paresh Rawal's last speech was also one another point to talk about in the movie. madhavan is good with his acting too. I bet this movie is going to get more than just one drop of tear from your eyes. This was a one in a thousand movie and after many years i was able to feel the emotions in a bollywood flick. last time this happened was with munna bhai mbbs. but now this ones really pushing hard for the top honors this year. After the bomb blasts in mumbai the film city was demanding a movie on itself and here it is and its not disappointing anyone. If I would rate it out of 10 its sure going to be above 8. a movie worth 10 times the ticket you might pay for it. And Ronnie Screwala must be a happy man.
